Multiple locations
At De Gymzaal they don’t do complicated machinery. This wonderful location has the look and feel of an old-fashioned gym. Go back in time for a fit future! At De Gymzaal you’ll work with loose materials and your own body weight.
They teach small groups (max 12 persons) and you’ll be assisted by well-trained instructors. De Gymzaal handles a special warm up method with a stick and a cool down to prevent injuries.
Do you have any injuries or other particularities? The trainers make sure you can safely follow the class with adjusted exercises as long as you indicate this before class.
At De Gymzaal they positively stimulate instead of intimidate. Do not worry about your outfit or the size of your muscles but but train nicely together for the best result.
1: It's mandatory to have your own water bottle and towel.
2: Notify the trainer about injuries, pregnancy and particularities so that the trainer can safely guide you.
3. Wearing 'clean' sports shoes is preferred.
