Multiple locations
The Dance Movement invites you to dance, move and be moved! One hour of dance and movement can help you get out of the busy mind and come into the body in order to release stress, feel fitter, giggle, have fun, and ultimately make a positive connection with your body and others. Everyone is invited to find their own dance. As it doesn’t matter how you dance, but how you feel and what you express while dancing!
Entrance Belcampo Loft: Inside De Hallen Passage, opposite to FilmHallen. Follow sign 'Belcampo Loft’ (Hannie Dankbaarpassage 33). Enter through glass door, go up the spiral stairs to reach the dance studio at the end of the corridor.
For the Bellydance classes bring soft ballet shoes/socks, wear something that is comfy and you feel pretty in. I will provide some bellydance hip scarfs you can borrow during class, if you have your own feel free to bring it with you!
Be on time, at least 10 minutes before the start of the class.
