For your weekly energy boost, stress relief, mood boost and maintenance of your back and shoulders, you can visit World Condition and EnerQi Flow given by Jeanine Theunissen, available 5 days a week! Go try AfroZumba, a cheerful and groovy dance fitness with African dance. The other workout, World Condition, is a holistic dance fitness with different dance, movement, self-massage and body-mind techniques. At EnerQi Flow - Stress First Aid you will learn how to release tension and recharge energy with simple movements from Chi Kung, Energy Medicine and Mindful Moving.

- Afro Zumba (Thu): Belcampo Loft, Hannie Dankbaarpassage 33. When you're located in the Hallen with the Filmhallen behind you, it's the door across you, up the stairs
- Wereldconditie (Wed) and EnerQi Flow Stress-EHBO (Wed): WG dansstudio/spiegelzaal, Ketelhuisplein 45. You can recognize the studio by the sticker on the window next to the door which states 'NOPPES'.
- Wereldconditie at Vondelpark, near Frederikstraat (only in summer).
