A small but cozy gym with free parking in front. There are changing rooms and showers. Make sure you have clean indoor shoes and a towel with you, these are mandatory. For kickboxing classes you can borrow guards and gloves from us, but we recommend to purchase your own gear if you follow this lesson more often.
